We operate a try before you buy policy called Dippy Toe. Pool heat is dependent on the weather, if the pool blanket is used and how warm the renter likes the pool to be. The Solar Panels will heat the pool during the day an additional 10F up to 90F. This is included in the standard price.
We also have an electric heat pump. This can heat the pool and spa or can be set to heat the spa only when the bubbles are switched on at the timer. The cost of pool and spa heat is $25 per day and the cost of spa heat only is $10 per day. Minimum in both cases 6 days.
The Dippy Toe policy allows the renter to make a decision on pool heat after arrival. So the renter can dip their toe in the water and make a decision as to whether to purchase additional pool heat or not. If pool heat is required then my management company will arrange it.

The Disney property is big, it covers 48 square miles.  Juliesvillas is two miles from the edge of this property. Access to all Disney theme parks can be made without traveling on the US192 or the I4. These highways get very busy during peak periods.
Animal Kingdom is very close about two miles away whereas the Magic Kingdom is about ten miles away.

Juliesvillas is close to Highway 192 which has  a lot of restaurants and supermarkets.

To get to Universal Studios, head eastbound on the 192, and then join the I4 eastbound, signed to Orlando. It is about 13 miles on the highway, and there are signs to the correct exits
Universal is two side by side parks, sharing a car park, and both can be visited on the same day, if you buy the right sort of ticket, and have the energy!
Head towards the left for Islands of Adventure, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter He's at the far end
Heading right at City Walk will take you to the original Studios, for Transformers, Springfield and more
