Emerald Island Resort

Emerald Island Resort is a community of some 700 houses. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

Emerald Island is surrounded by “wilderness”, otherwise called impenetrable jungle. The “wilderness” contains snakes, racoons, bobcats, and other wildlife. The retention ponds sometimes contain alligators. These all assist with the security as the only access to Emerald Island is via the manned gate. Luckily Juliesvillas is situated in the centre of Emerald Island so we are a some distance from the “wilderness”.
