About the Villa

Juliesvillas is a registered Florida Motel subject to inspection by the authorities. We maintain the villa to high standards including checking emergency lighting and fire extinguishers. We also pay the relevant taxes to both Florida State (7%)and Osceloa County(6%).

Juliesvillas is privately owned from new by Nick and Julie. This is our holiday home which we visit several times a year to ensure a high quality is maintained. Juliesvillas is managed by a company which has a maximum of 25 houses on its books in order to provide a high quality service.
