These are not all the local restaurants, just the ones I like.
Irish American restaurant with waiter service. One of my favorites and currently very popular. Sandwiches, burgers, steaks, seafood and pints of Guinness. Classic American restaurant with an Irish touch.
American home style cooking (not fries with everything) familiar with its distinctive red building. Good salads and traditional American dishes such as gravy and biscuit. Waiter service.
Interesting home style menu. Waiter service. There is an attached shop with rocking chairs outside. Try the chicken and dumplings with orange and cream soda to wash it down.
Buffet style all you can eat restaurant. Well known for including shrimp and steak in the buffet offerings.
Good for all meals including breakfast. Very good deserts including Key Lime Pie.
Steak and and all you care to eat buffet. Very good for children. I love the chocolate gloop. Good value for money.
Publix provides a large range of foods and other items. It also normally has a good range of UK newspapers printed in Florida. If your family will only eat Heinz baked beans these can be found in the “ethnic” section along with Branston pickle etc. No pork pies though. Good value for money. Top up on cheap bottles of water, the parks charge a lot for them.
Not been here for while I will have to try it.
Very popular italian style restaurant with full waiter and bar service. This restaurant has a veranda to sit outside.
